Found a bug? Report and get a reward.

If you report important bug or cheating made server down or broke game ballance and we don't know it, we will reward you 100,000 - 1,000,000 credit or special aircraft.

Please check out below list first.

  1. Check your browser type

    Area00 is not compatible well with Netscape 4.x and Opera web browser. Please use Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape 6.

  2. Check your browser setting

    Check your browser's Internet Temporary Files(cache) configuration.

    MS Internet Explorer (IE) User:

    1. Please open Internet Options Menu.
    2. Please open Temporary Internet Files Setting Menu.
    3. Please change a top setting to 'Every visit to the page'.

  3. Also check the game rule.

Trouble logging

  1. Make sure that your account is not deleted. We delete accounts does not log on over 1 month.

  2. Make sure that your computer is set to the correct date and time. An incorrect date and time can cause log in problems.

  3. Also check that your password is correct. To get your password emailed to you, click here.

  4. If you are using cable modem in Singapore, contact your ISP. ISP like SingNet and SCV have caused problems.
